The actual steps involved in recruitment follow a well defined path:
- Short listing the application
In this step, we shortlist the CV’s received from various sources based on their
suitability for the position open.
- Preliminary Assessment
The short listed candidates go through a preliminary round of interview. This interview
lays more emphasis on functional competencies but also tests a person’s aptitude
- Final Interview
The candidates, who successfully clear the first round of interview, go through
another round of interview with one or more of the functional heads. In this meeting,
